Tradewind are working in partnership with a beautiful Infants school in Sutton who have had a member of staff suddenly leave due to a family illness. As such we are now recruiting for a Primary SENCo. The role would be for an immediate start, to run until July. There could be the option of a permanent appointment if the current member of staff does not return to school in summer.

This infants school offers a uniquely immersive learning experience designed to meet the needs of the children in a natural, home-like environment. Learning opportunities are meaningful, related to real life and incorporate the interests of their children. The first thing you will notice when you visit the school, is that the buildings and outside spaces are designed to offer children a range of structured opportunities to develop the skills and attitudes of a motivated independent learner. 'Learning happens everywhere!' is their motto and their approach to learning is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy which honours the infinite potential of each child.
