This large primary school in Brent, North-West London is two form entry. Led by an inspiring and dedicated Headteacher, you will be joining a hard-working team, committed to raising standards. The position starts in February 2020 and will continue until at least July 2020.
The school is very well resourced with excellent facilities throughout. Set in a new, modern building, you will have a spacious classroom with access to an additional shared workspace.
The children in the class are keen to learn and whilst they are lively, they respond well to a good classroom manager who will keep them challenged with a variety of engaging and varied lessons and activities. Behaviour is good through and you will also have a teaching assistant for at least three days per week.
The school would prefer a teacher with a minimum of 1 year experience, but may consider outstanding newly qualified teachers (NQT).
Visits to the school are strongly encouraged and very welcome.
The school is located close to an underground station, on bus routes and has a staff carpark.

*A good understanding of the KS2 UK curriculum
*Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of the junior team
*Excellent behaviour management skills
*The skills to enable to students to think and work independently
