In order to secure the best possible PPA teacher, long-term pay rates of between £150 - £180 per day are being offered, dependant on experience.
As part of the successful Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teams, you will be joining experienced teachers who will provide you with the plans. This is a well-resourced and organised Primary School where schemes of work are in place. There are high expectations of teaching and learning and behaviour is good. You will be required to deliver engaging lessons, manage behaviour and do all the marking.
The borough of Hackney, East London, is an extremely popular and regentrified part of East London. Housing is still affordable and there are pop up restaurants; trendy bars and a food market close to London Fields.
Hackney is in easy distance of Central London with all its tourist attractions including The Tower of London, the V&A Museum and the London Eye etc.
The school are looking for a PPA teacher who:
*Is an experienced Primary teacher who can work independently
*Has recent experience of covering PPA, preferably in a London School
*Sets high expectations of teaching and learning in their classroom
*Has good behaviour management

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualifications
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

*Have recent experience of covering PPA either abroad or in the UK.
