Tradewind Recruitment is currently working closely with a friendly, primary school in Hackney to secure an experienced PPA teacher who is confident covering classes from Reception - Year 6.
A competitive salary of between MPS1 £26139 - £36906 depending on experience, is being offered.

As the successful PPA teacher, work will be set; there is no planning and marking is minimal. The school would however like a teacher who is a team player, wants to be part of the wider school community and has great interpersonal skills!
Great written and spoken English is a must!

As the successful PPA teacher, you will have had at least three years of teaching experience, having taught from Reception - Year 6.
Your responsibilities will include working with the current staff to provide PPA cover support across the entire primary setting.
You will be able to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, relevant and differentiated curriculum for pupils and ensure delivery of high quality teaching and learning for which the teacher is accountable. Detailed marking with comments will be required for each lesson that is covered.
You will be joining a happy and committed team of teachers, who follow the progressive and creative ethos of the school.
Clear communicative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Job Requirements
*Hold QTS status or equivalent Teaching qualification
*Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
*Recent Primary teaching experience, preferably in a PPA role
