Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a Year 3 teacher to join this positive and calm environment based near Hendon in Barnet for a September start. This is a part time role for 4 flexible days a week, with the potential to become permanent in January 2020. The salary will be Outer London scale £27596 - £38963.
This is a 'Good' school with great behaviour and high levels of EAL across all year groups. They do not follow schemes of work or believe in exams - they expect staff to plan in a creative and cross curricular way and assess pupils on an ongoing basis. There is a TA in every class and a focus on providing interventions in the afternoon.

We are looking for a teacher that:
-Is confident with the Year 3 curriculum
-Has recent experience of teaching lower KS2
-Is available for either 4 per week until at least January 2019
-Is open minded and forward thinking with a creative and engaging approach
-Is hard working and dedicated to excellent teaching

This is a role to work as a Year 3 teacher to start in September, with the potential to become permanent in January 2020.
The school is based near Hendon in Barnet and is a very short walk from the Thameslink and the underground (Northern line). There are several buses that stop close to the school and there is off street parking around the school site.

To join us and be successful in this Year 3 teacher role you will need to:
-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
