Tradewind Recruitment Birmingham are continually looking to recruit reliable supply teachers with good behaviour management who are available to cover daily/short term supply or long-term absences. If you are placed in a longer-term position with full classroom and teaching responsibilities, we aim to ensure you are paid fairly based on your pay scale.
The need for additional supply teachers is due to the growing demand of our clients in the area. We require teachers who are available for both full and part time work and will aim to give you the flexibility and support you need to be a success as a primary supply teacher.
We work closely with a large number of Primary Schools and Academy Trusts located throughout the West Midlands and help them cover planned and unplanned staff absence. Some bookings will be made in advance and others may be at short notice, please be aware the more flexible you are (travel, year group, availability etc) the more work we will be able to offer.
With 11 expanding offices nationwide, depending on your location you could have several experienced consultants actively working on your behalf. Within the Birmingham office alone, we have over 30 years of recruitment experience combined working with schools across the West Midlands.
We are looking for:
*Primary or Secondary Teachers with UK QTS or equivalent qualifications
*Someone with good behaviour management and the ability to use their initiative
*Someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and motivated to do well each day
*Reliable supply teachers who uphold Tradewind's high standard
