A Primary school in the Camden area are seeking a PE specialist Primary teacher, or a Key Stage 2 experienced Primary teacher with a passion for PE, to start with them in September 2019. The role is on a full-time basis and would involve teaching Physical Education across the Primary age range, as well as teaching small group intervention sessions across Key Stage 2. Competitive salary is available - MPS 1-4 Inner London -£29,663-£34,547, dependent upon experience. NQTs and overseas trained teachers with PE/ sport experience are welcome to apply.

The Headteacher of this over-subscribed Primary school in Hampstead is looking for a highly dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to improve and maximise pupil participation in physical activity, by delivering fun and engaging PE lessons in line with the PE National Curriculum and Healthy Schools' ethos. The successful candidate will also be required to deliver small group intervention sessions with lower ability pupils across Key Stage 2.

The school believes teachers need strong subject knowledge and, like pupils, need to be keen to learn new things. It believes good teaching and learning will only take place in a classroom where a culture of error has been created: an environment in which mistakes are celebrated and acknowledged as the way pupils learn.
