Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a passionate, hard-working Nursery Teacher to join this Outstanding Private Nursery based in Hounslow for a September 2019 start. This is a full-time role that will start with a term on a temporary contract before a permanent role from October or January. The salary will be Outer London scale £28355 - £40035. The successful candidate must have QTS.

This Nursery Teacher will have overall responsibility for planning and implementing an Early Years Curriculum that is inclusive of all children who attend the Nursery. All planned learning should meet the differing needs, abilities and interests of the children and follow guidelines set by the Department for Education and Skills which are outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS 2014). The successful Nursery Teacher will be expected to identify and support the differing abilities of children to provide them with a curriculum that is challenging, exciting and fun, and which incorporates their ideas and effectively extends their learning.

The Nursery Teacher will record observations and achievements of all the children who are due to go to school the next academic year. Tracker booklets are currently used to record children's progress in all 7 areas of learning and at the end of every term a 'Best Fit' record sheet is completed to summarise their learning. Part of the role will include supporting colleagues to extend the learning of children in their key groups and to ensure their 'Best Fit' sheets are a true reflection of the progress attained by the children in their key groups.

We are looking for an Nursery teacher that can:
-Provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which each student can reach their full potential
-Use targeted teaching to make sure all students make fast and constant progress across all the curriculum
-Have high aspirations and expectations on students in both behaviour and achievement
-Encourage each child to be positive and self-motivated, taking responsibility for their own actions
-Fit in with the diverse, inclusive curriculum which is balanced and differentiated to the needs of each student

This is a role to work as an Nursery Teacher in a Private Nursery rated 'Outstanding'.

The school is a based in Hounslow, they're accessible from the Piccadilly line. Car Parking is also available.

-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
