About the school
This school is an 'good' school having had an Ofsted inspection in June 2017. However, the school have made significant strides forward since then, last year results were above LEA and national average with those attaining higher standards well above LEA and national average. At the heart of these improvements has been a dedication to the very best teaching and learning. CPD is used to ensure teachers are equipped with the very best skills to make an impact. This is a school on the right path and a great time to join.

The schools vision is to maximise every child's potential and give every child the best possible start to their education. They passionately believe as educators, they have the power and responsibility to inspire children to be the best they can be to enable learners to dream big for the future!

About the role
This is a challenging role and requires someone with the determination, commitment and knowledge to succeed. This year has been challenging and since returning to full time education in September, these children have already spent a total of 6 weeks having to isolate. As of January, a decision has been made to split the bubble in two and mitigate risk of any prolonged periods of isolation and at least limit the impact to only half the bubble. There will be 30 children in the class, all currently behind where they should be. An energetic teacher with a creative and engaging outlook on the curriculum would be well suited to ensure the children remain engaged and active throughout the year. Ideally, the school believe this cohort can achieve a higher level. As such, someone who is willing to challenge the children with a varied and engaging curriculum would be well suited.
There will be plenty of support from the SLT and you will have 1 TA in the class working with a variety of children on a 1-1 basis. This position is open to NQT's and experienced teachers alike but you must possess excellent EYFS understanding and knowledge.

As a Classroom Teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers and SLT who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus:
· a well-equipped school with interactive white boards and plenty of resources
· the successful Teacher will be provided with a comprehensive induction package and a wide range of CPD opportunities for all staff
