This 2-form entry academy school in Peckham, South East London, are currently looking for a Year 5 Primary teacher to join their dedicated team. The position is part time working 4 days per week and is paying an annual salary of up to £40,372.

This growing academy has two forms in each year group and was recently graded as 'Good' by Ofsted. Opening in 2012 the school has grown steadily over the years. The school building is smart and modern, and children here are fortunate enough to have a lovely playground and excellent equipment and facilities. As well as focusing on helping pupils become confident readers, writers and mathematicians, teachers also ensure that pupils progress through the school as well-rounded members of their community. As well as core subjects, there is also a range of music, drama and sporting activities for children to choose from. This school is part of a well-established federation with school sites across London and the South East. They are extremely successful and continue to assist teachers to progress in their chosen career paths.

The school is a short walk from 2 local train stations with great links from South East and Central London. There is also free parking for staff who drive.

The school are keen to appoint a part time Year 5 Primary teacher.

The Year 5 Primary teacher must have:
*Full QTS and ideally an extensive background in teaching and leadership
*Experience teaching in Year 5
*Good knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
*High standards and expectations of both their work and outcomes
*The ability to engage well with colleagues of the federation at all levels
*Ambition, drive and resilience
