Are you an experienced Year 5 Primary teacher? Would you like to be part of an expanding school who believe in making learning interesting and relevant?

An inclusive, diverse 2 form entry school in Dulwich, South East London, currently have a very desirable vacancy for a Year 5 Primary teacher. The position is full time, permanent and starts in September 2019 paying an annual salary of up to £40, 372.

This school believes that creativity should be at the centre of teaching and learning, enabling and inspiring all children to learn and contribute. Art, Music, Spanish and Sports are particular strengths of the school and teachers work hard to make learning interesting and relevant for the children. The school also aims to develop a really caring atmosphere, with older children being encouraged to help younger ones. All children are encouraged to take on some responsibility, appropriate for their age. It is a great school to work whether you are an NQT or more experienced Primary school teacher.

The school is a short walk from either Denmark Hill and East Dulwich station with excellent bus links from South East and central London.

The Headteacher is keen to recruit a Year 5 Primary teacher to join the team next academic year 2019/20.

The Year 5 Primary teacher must have:
*Full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
*A sound understanding of the UK primary curriculum
*Good knowledge of children's expected learning and development in Year 5
*Professionalism, adaptability and a hard-working attitude
*The ability to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Adaptability, creativeness and a willingness to help wherever possible
