If any of the above applies to you, we may be able to help you! Tradewind Manchester are working with a client school in Stockport, who are looking to expand its Primary Teaching team this September - this is due to their transition to becoming a three-form entry school next academic year.

This 'Good' graded Primary school based in Central Stockport are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Year 5 teacher (KS2 experience will also be considered). The role is a full-time, long-term position starting from September 2019 and lasting until at least the end of the academic year; with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

As a Year 5 Teacher you will be expected to plan, prepare and teach core subjects across all abilities. You will be able to deliver engaging lessons and have excellent differentiation skills. You will have a positive approach to teaching and learning, with strong behaviour management and a proactive attitude.

Year 5 Teacher - Job Responsibilities:
*Deliver the KS2 curriculum to a high standard
*Have delivered SATs interventions desirable
*Liaise with children's parents
*Ability to engage with and inspire students
*The flexibility to get involved with extra-curricular activities
*Ability to plan and deliver effectively differentiated lessons across the curriculum

Year 5 Teacher - Job Requirements:
*Legal right to work in the UK
*Hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
*Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, or overseas Police clearances (if applicable)
*Primary school trained
*Excellent subject knowledge
