Tradewind Recruitment have been contacted by a 'Good' school in Waltham Abbey, North East of London, who are seeking a Primary Teacher to join their beautiful primary school from January 2020.

This exciting and rare opportunity can be on a full or part-time basis with the school willing to consider long term supply, temp to perm or a permanent contract. With fantastic support in place, they are able to consider applications from both talented Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT's) and experienced teacher alike. Based on the Fringe Pay Scale, going by current figures the school can offer £24,859 (M1) to £36,157 (M6).

The successful primary teacher will be leading a Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or 2) class, there is some flexibility regarding the exact year group. The school and classrooms are extremely well resourced, with a healthy mix of modern technologies and traditional approaches. You will have access to substantial outside areas including a very large play area, substantial sports pitch and more.

The school attracts staff and children from a wide catchment area and is easily commutable from London Boroughs (Waltham Forest, Enfield), Essex and Hertfordshire. There also plenty of parking on site.

Graded as 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted, the school has been particularly praised for; overall attainment and rapid progress made from early years/KS1, well-planned and high-quality activities ensuring students are keen to learn and student's behaviour and positive attitudes towards learning.
