Tradewind would like to hear from you Tradewind are currently recruiting an experienced Primary teacher for an excellent school in the Blackley area of North Manchester. The role is a PPA teacher role in which you are required to start in April 2021 and will be needed until the end of the academic year at the very least. This position comes with a competitive salary which will match your experience and suitability to the role.

As the schools PPA/cover teacher you will be working in a 2 form entry Primary School which has been graded as 'Good' in its most recent Ofsted inspection. This school sets high expectations for its children and staff and believes in maximising a child's learning experience every single day. This primary school has a strong reputation in the local area and has public transport in and out of central Manchester as well as being within a short cycle distance of Oxford road train station. This school benefits from a recently refurbished ICT facilities and has a large on site staff car park.

This role is required due to the catch up premium the school has received this academic year. Your main responsibility in this cover teacher role will be to cover the class teachers of various year groups whilst they carry our targeted interventions for children outside of the classroom.

As the school's only PPA/cover teacher, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

· Supporting all Year groups, from Nursery to Year 6

· Covering classes whilst the class teacher carries out interventions outside of the classroom

· Covering PPA and first day sickness cover throughout the whole school

.Liaise with all the school's full-time class teachers to ensure the work you have planned is consistent with what the children should be learning.

· Fully qualified Teacher Status

· A minimum of 2 Years of teaching experience in the United Kingdom

· Experience in Keys Stage 2 is desired but not essential

· The school have specified that a specialism in a core subject would be beneficial in this role.

· A proven track record with references to support this.
