About the School - Principal - Enfield, North London

This All Through School, located in the heart of North London is seeking a Principal to lead in providing exceptional education for pupils of the local community. The School continues its 'Good' Ofsted rating and has consistently done so for more than 6 years. This is testament to the commitment of skilled teachers and leaders who value the strength and unity that being part of a Multi Academy Trust provides. Within the Trust, this All Through School is a mixed Academy that caters for children aged 2 to 18 years. The school works in partnership with another Secondary School within the Trust in North London to produce high achieving results and good rates of progress. The school has particularly good results at KS1 Phonics, Year 2 SATs and GCSE. The Principal will be reporting to the Executive Head. As Principal, you will be supported by dedicated and experienced staff. Staff turnover is low and retention rates are high making this a stable school that has the foundation and desire to achieve outstanding status over the coming years.



Role requirements - Principal - Enfield, North London

An experienced Headteacher/Principal or a Deputy Head with the experience to lead a fast-paced school.
Work in partnership with Executive Head Teacher

A strong, dynamic and inspirational leader who can motivate staff
Able to communicate and influence on all levels
Able to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
