About the School - Reception Teacher - Westminster
*This primary school in Westminster is a three-form entry primary school on a small site, with a large and spacious indoor and outdoor space for the Early Years.
*The school seek a primary teacher who has specialised within Early Years and knows Reception well.
*The EYFS is made up of 3 Nursery teachers, 3 reception teachers, Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants. In addition, the Early Years Leader is class based and supportive.
*The school is multicultural with over 40 different languages spoken, but lots of support offered across the school.
*This school follows Read, Write, Inc in EYFS so experience of using this is desirable but not essential.
About the Role - Reception Teacher - Westminster
*This Reception teacher job role within the Early Years will suit either an EYFS trained primary teacher or primary teacher with recent EYFS experience, particularly in Reception.
*Being a 3-form entry school, the school is happy to support a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) if they have EYFS experience from their training or previously worked with EYFS as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse before training to be a teacher.
*The school will also accept applications from primary teachers who have experience teaching EYFS or KS1.
*The school use Read, Write, Inc so any experience with this is beneficial but not essential.
*The teacher must have worked in state primary schools and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
