Main functions

• Place candidates into temporary and permanent positions
• Manage, retain and service clients within an agreed geography
• Increase market share/ market penetration every half term
• Focus on GP growth week on week, year on year
• Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager
