Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a hardworking, ambitious RE and Philosophy Teacher to join a thriving Academy near Maidstone, Kent from September 2020. This is a full time, long-term role of one academic year, with a salary paid in line with the current MPS/UPS scale.
We are currently seeking to appoint an ambitious, determined academic to the post of Teacher of Philosophy, to join a welcoming, successful department. This position would suit an NQT or an experienced teacher who possesses the ability to teach all ages up to A Level (Religious Studies and/or Philosophy). With a good honour's degree from a top university, you will be willing to be fully involved in all aspects of the school's busy life.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Have excellent knowledge of the RE and Philosophy curriculum.
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
