*Recently the school has been on a path of improvement, initiated by the new head teacher and her talented leadership team. During this period the school has focused heavily on teaching and learning at all key stages.
*Due to the success of Religious Studies at both GCSE and A-Level the school is looking to expand its department by bringing in a staff member to support the subject leader.

*In order to support the Religious Studies subject leader, the school is looking for an exceptional teacher who has the ability to teach consistently good or better lessons.
*The successful candidate will also be expected to support staff development and therefore will need to be willing to share their knowledge and expertise with teachers both in this department and across departments from other disciplines.
