Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a secondary school located in the borough of Ealing in recruiting for an experienced school administrator. Interested applicants must have experience working with SIMS system.
This exciting opportunity is available on a full-time basis Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm to start in September 2021.
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced administrator with SIMS experience for the Academic year (September 2021). This position will be available for a approximately 1 term with the view it being extended until the end of the year.
As the successful applicant will be part of a team of approximately 3 - 4 admin staff with the day-2-day administrative duties.
We are looking for:
- Someone with exceptional organizational skills with proficient numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Someone has experience using SIMS package
- Someone who can commit until the end of the academic year
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service to pupils, parents and staff.
- A team player
- Someone who can work well under pressure and is adaptable
Candidates will be expected to:
- A good understanding of SIMS
- Well organised
- Ensure all staff and student information is all up to date.
- To follow up on staff for missing registers as necessary.
- Appointed applicant may be required to cover reception during absences and lunch breaks
