We seek to appoint a committed and dynamic School Administrator to work within a Wirral primary school office; providing support across all aspects of school administration, including: management of pupil and staff data, orders and payments, diary management, banking, handling calls and meeting and greeting visitors.

Based in the heart of Wallasey, the high achieving school has a small number of pupils, therefore, creating a close-knit school community and a supportive nature within the school. The school is easily accessible from the motorway and offers free on-site parking, with good public transport links.


The ideal candidate will possess:

* Experience of SIMS (MUST HAVE)
Secretarial and administrative experience
* The ability to prioritise a heavy work load, multi-skill and work on their own initiative.
* Extensive recent experience in the use of IT.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with external organisations, parents and pupils.
* A valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain this.
* Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
* Commitment to a possible 9-month assignment.
