We seek to appoint a committed and dynamic school administrator to work within a St. Helens Primary school office; providing support across all aspects of school administration, including: management of pupil and staff data, orders and payments, diary management, banking, handling calls and meeting and greeting parents and visitors.

Based on the outskirts of St. Helens, the high achieving school has a small number of pupils, therefore, creating a close-knit school community and a supportive nature within the school. The school is easily accessible from the motorway and offers free on-site parking, with good public transport links.

The ideal candidate will offer:
*Secretarial and administrative experience
*Experience of SIMS (requirement)
*The ability to prioritise a heavy work load, multi-skill and work on their own initiative
*Extensive recent experience in the use of IT
*Excellent communication skills to liaise with external organisations, parents and pupils
*A valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain this
*Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
*Commitment to a possible 9-month assignment.
