School Business Manager

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced School Business Manager to work in a primary school setting.

This is a great opportunity for a capable professional with finance expertise to join a superb primary school in the heart of Cambridge as the business manager to take the lead on finance and other non-teaching aspects of this fantastic and highly regarded school. Experience in a similar role is essential as is knowledge of SIMS. A working knowledge of Orovia would be beneficial but not essential.

You will have responsibility for the key area of Finance, as well as leading on Premises, Human Resources, ICT, School Administration, Compliance and Governance. To play a key role in the overall leadership and management of the school, as part of the Senior Team.

Located in central Cambridge the school has local bus links however there is no parking on site other than the local NCP Car Park.

You will be working in a superb primary school who have a fantastic reputation in the local area and have received superb feedback for their work with their pupils. After visiting the school it is clear the staff are dedicated and caring people who are getting fantastic results and have created an excellent and positive environment for their pupils.
Salary will be up to £20K Pro-rata Dependant on experience. (Based on 40 week year working up to 35 hours per week.)
