Tradewind Recruitment is working with a large, fast paced Secondary School in Brent who are seeking an experienced School Receptionist to join their growing, supportive Administration Team. This School Receptionist role will commence upon the re-opening of Secondary Schools in the UK and will be offered on a full time, long term basis until the end of the academic year in the first instance, with a view of becoming a permanent contract from September 2021. This position is offering £11.50 - £12.50 per hour based on prior experience.

To join us and be successful in this School Receptionist position, you will need to:

• Have prior Reception experience within a School Office
• Be confident with SIMS and Microsoft packages
• Be a confident, proactive individual
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Provide a CV with a minimum of 10 years employment/employment history included and any employment breaks must be explained
• Have the legal right to work in the UK

This busy Secondary School in Brent offers an encouraging, supportive environment in which to learn and a positive, progressive environment in which to work! As a School Receptionist, you will be the first contact for visitors, parents, students and staff member in which to direct queries. You will be responsible for answering and forwarding calls, monitoring the school inbox, as well as a variety of office administration duties.

The successful candidate will be a positive individual with exceptional verbal, oral and written communication skills, show initiative and be adaptable and flexible. This school is centrally located in Brent with great links to public transport and free street parking to those who drive.
