Our client school is looking to appoint a pro-active and dedicated Reprographics Assistant to join the team on a temporary part time basis - 3 days per week.
Main Responsibilities
* To provide confidential, high quality, efficient and comprehensive administrative support including the preparation of documents and reports to whole school departments
* To provide an efficient and effective reprographic service to the whole school
* Schedule, monitor and organise the flow of job requests to the Reprographics Department ensuring all work is produced within necessary time frames
* Produce Reprographics reports
Previous experience in an administrative role is desired, this role is to start 7th June, therefore we are interviewing immediately for this role.
You will require:
Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
Experience working in an office environment
Empathetic outlook
Experience dealing with parents or carers
TWO contactable professional referees
Right to work in the UK
