This is an outstanding client in every way. The science department is looking for a qualified teacher of science to teach key stage 3 through to key stage 5 for suitable candidates. You should be passionate about education and have a flair for working with young people. The Department is well resourced with equipment, laboratories and technicians that provided services for the three principle subjects: Chemistry, Biology and Physics. The department runs extra-curricular sessions and uses a wide range of teaching a learning strategies to promote progress and celebrate the diversity of our students.

Tradewind are looking for a candidate who;
*Holds QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree.
*Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students.
*Support the subject area as appropriate and provide direction for Subject Lead and teachers.
*Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
*Provide a motivating and structured learning experience, which will provide students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
*Contribute significantly to raising standards of students' attainment as a teacher and form tutor.
