Tradewind recruitment are currently looking for a strong, experienced secondary Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic team in a lovely secondary academy in Birmingham. This academy are looking for a secondary Teaching Assistant who can work 5 days a week on a long-term placement starting ASAP.. This role would include assisting students on a 1:1 basis and supporting the class teacher.

We are looking for:
*Strong Secondary Teaching Assistant with experience working within a secondary school.
*A Teaching Assistant who can commit to 5 days a week on going.
*Ability to engage their students in their learning.
*Commitment to the school and their students.
*A Teaching Assistant with great behaviour management.

The academy is located in Central Birmingham, which is easily accessible by car and public transport.
This academy is housed in a big building with fantastic facilities for all their teachers and Teaching Assistants, fantastic grounds and access to all necessary resources.
The academy is full of helpful and friendly students and the staff are very welcoming and supportive of new staff.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the support of the class teacher and other member of staff.
