We are currently looking for a strong secondary Teaching Assistant to work in one of our Secondary mainstream school in Swindon. You will be expected to support KS3 & KS4 students on a 1:1 basis as well as a classroom setting.

The students you will be supporting are mixed ability, so the Teaching Assistant will have to have experience adapting to each students need. This role is starting in ASAP on a long-term, temp to perm basis 5 days a week.

You must be able to engage with the students and help them with their daily activities. Having experience of working with children with SEND or behavior would be great but not required.

To join us and be successful in this Humanities teacher role you will need:
* To hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Have experience teaching humanities.
* To hold team-teach or have fantastic behaviour management.
* This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and profession reference checks - At least 2!
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks should be noted.
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
