Tradewind are recruiting for a Pupil Referral Unit which is based on the Wirral. The school has around 95 students on roll, which are split into small class sizes of around 8 pupils from key stage 2 up to key stage 4.

The school encourages all children to make outstanding progress and leave the school at least to the national expectations and has previously won awards. The successful person will be supported by a long standing team who have excellent knowledge of the children and skilled SLT.

We are looking for:

Excellent sense of humour
Compassion and empathy
Clear expectations on behaviour and strong boundaries
Previous experience working with vulnerable children
Team Teach training is beneficial but not essential

Essential requirements:

QTS or Equivalent (QTLS)
Legal right to work in the UK
