Tradewind's Primary Support Team have partnered with a school in Kensington and Chelsea to help them find a 1:1 LSA to work alongside a Year 1 boy with - EHCP, a diagnosis of autism, hearing difficulties (wears hearing aids) and who is now displaying some challenging behaviours.

You will be working with a supportive and caring team who are all working together to ensure the child is getting the support he needs to thrive in school.

Role Specifics:

*Working one-to-one with a year 1 boy
*Someone with experience with SEN is necessary
*Knowledge of Autism
*You will be passionate and dedicated to make a difference
*You must be patient and understand a bond does not happen in one day!
*Full time role- Monday- Friday, long-term.
*Starting ASAP

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has worked with students with SEN in the past and are looking at making a change, and ensuring the boy is progressing. You will be expected to work hard, and put everything into each day.
