Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced ASC with autistic pupils who have in a superb and highly regarded Autism (ASC) resource base. The role in April 2019 and would be for the remainder academic year (with the option to continue on a permanent basis) at a daily rate between £70 and £85 per day.

A well-equipped SEN ARP that has opened alongside a superb primary school to work with vulnerable ASC pupils in Barnet are recruiting for their KS2 class. The ARP is well funded and resourced with some excellent teaching staff and SLT to work alongside.
Pupils are mostly verbal ASC pupils in KS1 they respond well to individuals who are warm, engaging and keen to utilise a lot of play and learn techniques

-Experience working with Autistic pupils is preferred but not essential
-Pupils are verbal some have additional needs as such experience with SEN pupils is required in either a mainstream or SEN setting
-PECS and Makaton experience is desired.

You will be working as a support staff member in a team of three who will work throughout the school providing additional support to those classes who need it most throughout the day.

Located in Barnet the school is well connected with the Tube and buses there is also parking on site.
