The role requires you to support students on a 1:1 basis that are struggling with their emotions. you will support them by spotting triggers and offering support for them to overcome them. Due to the nature of the students and the complexity of their needs challenging behaviour can be displayed and therefore the ideal candidate will hold a valid Team Teach certificate.

They are looking for;

- A teaching assistant with previous SEN experience
- Someone with a good work ethic and dedication to their role
- A teaching assistant with experience of confidence building
- Be able to build rapport to best support pupils with challenging behaviour
- A Valid Team Teach Certificate
