We looking to recruit Teaching Assistants and Support staff with experience of working with young people with Special needs in Frome. We are working with many client schools in the Somerset area and currently on a recruitment drive for our SEND and Mainstream schools across Frome from November 2019.

The schools we work with are easily commutable with public transport and reachable from Bath, Glastonbury, Warminster and other parts of Somerset.

Most of our client schools require Teaching Assistants and support staff to support their pupils with additional needs such Autism, Physical Disabilities, ADHD, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Language and Speech, Cerebral Palsy, PDA and attachment disorders.

If you have previous experience of supporting/caring/tutoring young people in the past and have good understanding child learning and development and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs, please contact us as soon as possible.

Highly Desirable:
-Special Educational Needs Experience in a care/school/PRU/Primary/Secondary setting
-Understanding and experience of supporting/teaching young people with additional needs
-Training in Autism and Makaton and PECS
-Training in Team Teach/PBM/MAPPA
-NVQ Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Learning Support or Health and Social Care
