Are you a primary teacher or SEN teacher with QTS, interested in teaching primary aged students with a range of complex needs?

Tradewind are currently recruiting for a qualified Primary Teacher to work within schools in Nottingham, within their SEN provision which provides for students with a variety of complex needs including ASD, SEMH and Speech and Language difficulties.

The students have SEMH with behavioural needs, so the successful teacher will need to have strong behaviour management skills and SEN experience. Teaching Assistants will be supporting within the class to help students engage in lessons and to manage any behavioural issues to ensure lessons run smoothly and students make progress. We are ideally looking for a qualified teachers with experience teaching in UK schools, strong behavioural management and a good command of written and spoken English and literacy skills.

Essential requirements:

• QTS, qualified teacher status.
• Experience planning and teaching lessons to primary aged students following the National Curriculum.
• Extensive SEN experience, especially with ASD and SEMH
• Enthusiastic, resilient and positive approach.
• Must have legal right to work in the UK.
