SEN Teaching Assistant L2 needed

Are you an experienced Level 2 SEN Teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity in Ashton-in- Makerfield?

Tradewind are looking for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly team of over 20 Teaching Assistant's in a mixed SEN School providing support for 4-19-year-old students. The role is to start as soon as possible on an ongoing basis, with the potential to continue until July 2019. The pay will be from £65 - £80 a day, depending on experience. This position is to work 32.5 hours per week term time only, however there will be one additional paid week of training throughout the year.

This large 'Good' SEN School prides themselves on their outstanding facilities such as multi-sensory room, therapy room, outdoor area offering an outdoor classroom and lots more. They have a fantastic team and dedication to supporting their pupils.

They are looking for an experienced Level 2 SEN teaching assistant to support pupils with a range of SEN needs particularly with Autism. The role will include supporting pupils on a 121 as well as small groups. For this position you will have to work with students aged 4-19 with additional needs, experience is not essential but is desired.

The school is based in Ashton-in-Makerfield and is easily accessible via public transport and the school is based near the M6. The school has a large staff car park onsite.
