Prior experience in a similar setting is essential. This is a full time, long term post that will commence immediately and run for the full academic year.

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant - Barnet, North London:

• This role will see you supporting the physical needs of a student who uses a wheelchair
• In addition to supporting students' learning, your duties may include: tending to students' personal needs, including toileting, physiotherapy, dressing and mobility; assisting with manual handling, including the use of specialist equipment; and working with therapists to ensure all appropriate therapy is delivered.
• You will have interpersonal and organisational skills and have the ability to working as part of a team
• You will have prior experience supporting the needs of wheelchair users and be a confident, engaging individual!
