Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term opportunity?

Tradewind are working with a highly successful SEN School within the Blackburn area and they are looking for a 3 Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be providing general support from EYFS - KS5 classes. This role is to start ASAP until July 2020 with the potential to go permanent. For the right person the school is willing to wait until after Easter, this school returns on 20th April 2020.

They are looking for someone who has previous experience in a SEN environment or have worked extensively with learners with ASD, (Autism), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), some with associated complex needs and challenging behaviours, training will be provided to any successful candidates.

We are looking for:
* This OFSTED 'Outstanding' SEN School looking for 3 experienced Teaching Assistants.
* Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
* Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
* Excellent interpersonal skills based on effective communication
* Passion to ensure every pupil succeeds and reaches their full potential
* An awareness of their own strengths and areas for development and a willingness to listen to, reflect constructively and ac upon, as appropriate, feedback from others.
* Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently.
