Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support a male pupil in year 9 with SEMH. The school are seeking a Teaching Assistant that can work on a 1:1 basis with this pupil and build on his confidence. Ideally a Teaching Assistant with a nurturing nature with experience support children with social and emotional needs.

Essential requirements:
Experience supporting young people with SEN including SEMH
A nurturing demeanour
Previous TA, LSA or support work within a school or other child related experience.
Strong in English Literature and/or Language.
Open-minded, positive and friendly approach.
A caring and professional manner.
Must have legal right to work in the UK.
