We are working with an alternative provision in Lincoln who are looking for a member of staff for September to support in their setting. The successful SEN Behavioural Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work within the behavioural sector of this well-established SEN school, with special educational expertise, curriculum and resources. TA's will be given opportunities to succeed through the use of highly personalised individual education plans to help support their students.

The school are looking for:
*A strong teacher with a solid knowledge or working background in SEN
*Someone who is committed to supporting SEN pupils and attaining the highest standards
*The ability to cover a range of subjects
*Someone who works well in a team and can support others

The school has excellent facilities and a strong support network. For this role you can be expected to be paid in line with a Teaching Assistant Salary. The role is full time. Due to the location of the setting someone who has the ability to drive would be essential. Public transport is available also to the setting.

*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
