Tradewind are in Partnership with a Special School based close to Orpington, Kent, the thriving school cater for pupils aged 8 - 19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, and other complex needs including autism and SLCN. They are passionate, creative and dedicated to supporting students academically, socially and emotionally, they would like to employ someone with similar attributes so the school and everyone apart of it can grow and flourish!

The successful candidate will join a school where we invest in our staff and create skilled class teams. This is an ideal starting point for a career in special education and is a chance to work both in class and on the residential areas in this rewarding environment. You will be required to work with the students to assist with personal care, dining and ensuring that they are able to take an active part in all educational activities, you don't need to have previous experience in this but it is essential to have an open mind and a willingness to learn.
