• Part time role - three afternoons a week
• Work on a one to one basis with a key pupil
• Work at an Outstanding Junior school

Tradewind are working with a junior school in the Sheffield area requiring an experienced Teaching Assistant to start from 8th March. The role will involve working with a pupil on a one to one basis 3 afternoons a week. You will be supporting within the classroom and meeting the pupil after lunch time. The successful candidate should have a calm approach to behaviour management but also be firm in implementing and enforcing expected standards of behaviour. The pupil has Emotional and Social issues which mean that they need an appointed person to work closely with.

A Team Teach qualification or equivalent positive behaviour management qualification would be beneficial to this role but not essential.

The school is a well managed Junior school which was praised during it's last outstanding Ofsted for the excellent education it provides for all children.
