At Tradewind in Bristol, we are looking to recruit SEN TAs with experience of working with pupils with BESD and ADHD for a SEND school in South Glos starting from September 2019. Our client is an established special needs school within easy reach of public transport and motorway in South Gloucestershire and cater for students in Secondary and Post-16 phases.
Jobs are starting next term with potential of becoming permanent for the right calibre of candidates.

The school is a reputable school that offers great training and development opportunities for all their staff in regards to behaviour management and teaching. The experience of managing challenging behaviour and training in Team Teach is a must due to the nature of the provisions.

Must have:

-BESD experience and use their own vehicle

Highly Desirable:

-Special Educational Needs Experience in a care/school/PRU setting
-Understanding and experience of supporting/teaching young people with emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
-Training in behaviour management and Team teach.
