Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an energetic and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant, to join an SEN primary school, to start ASAP. This is a full time, long term role, paying up to £70 a day.

The School is a creative and innovative Primary SEN School, with students aged 4-11 years old. The school are passionate about providing their students with meaningful learning experiences which promote their development through a holistic curriculum.

This school is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant with the ability to provide support to various students across all Key Stages and prior experience of working with children with autism. They are looking for someone with the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff, with a focus on ensuring high quality outcomes through responding individually to each child's point of learning and ensuring that this is met by providing creative, innovative and aspirational support.

The role will include supporting students in KS1 and KS2 in the classroom, small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with children with autism or behavioural difficulties and will ensure that they are able to provide support that is tailored to students' specific needs. You must have the ability to work collaboratively, as you will be working closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO, with various students, across all subject areas.

The school is based in Trafford, with excellent transport links and parking available.
