Tradewind is recruiting! At Tradewind in Bristol, we are looking to recruit a Teaching assistant with experience of working with pupils with BESD and ADHD for a school near Weston Super mare. Our client is an established special needs school within easy reach of motorway in the area and cater for students inKS1-KS4.

The successful candidate will have previous experience and be available to work on a full-time basis. Salary will depend on experience. The role is starting in September and will be ongoing until the end of Academic Year.

Must have:

-Experience of supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (School is happy to consider both Secondary and some Primary trained and experienced Teaching assistants with relevant EBD experience)

Highly Desirable:

-Special Educational Needs Experience in a care/school/PRU setting
-Understanding and experience of supporting/teaching young people with emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
-Training in behaviour management and Team teach.
