Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with an excellent alternative provision to support one to one tuition for KS4 pupils.

The role will be to work alongside an established SEN team. You will spend one day a week at the provision, developing resources and providing feedback on the progress of pupils. The rest of your time will be spent delivering the lessons to pupils outside of the provision.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a one to one basis and will have strong skills in rapport building.

Pay will be between £70.00 - £120.00 per day and will be fully negotiable depending on experience. The role will be to start immediately and the hours can be flexible to fit around your requirements.
