The successful candidate will have an unwavering belief in the potential of students and support them in improving their life chances. (S)he will do what it takes to ensure that students achieve their best and will inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for the subject which motivates students.

The successful candidate will teach Sociology at KS5 and will be required to teach another Humanities subject (History, Geography or RE) at KS3 and/or KS4
This post would be suitable for a newly qualified teacher or a more experienced colleague. The school has a comprehensive NQT induction programme and numerous CPD opportunities. There is the possibility of a TLR for the right candidate.
