Do you have a professional certificate in Strategic Teaching Support for Dyslexia and Literacy Level 5 or above?

About the role:

• SpLD Dyslexia Teacher / Assessor.
• Start date ASAP.
• Full time and long term with the potential to turn in to a permanent contract.
• Pay up to £150/day.
• Supporting a range of pupils with SpLD on site on a 1:1 basis.
• You must have previous experience as a Dyslexia Teacher or Assessor.
• You must have Level 5 or above in Dyslexia and Literacy Teaching Support.
• Identify student's learning styles and provide tailored support to meet their needs in subject areas that students are finding particularly difficult.
• SpLD Intervention required with L5 or above and Assessors required with L7.

About the pupil:

• Students all have a diagnosis of Dyslexia to varying degrees.
• There can be some degree of frustration and challenging behaviour and so students will require a lots of positive reinforcement and encouragement.
• Some students may have other needs including SEMH or Autism.
