Sports Coach/Behaviour Mentor

Are you an experienced sports coach who has experience dealing with challenging behaviour? Would you like to work within a local Primary School supporting children on a 1:1 basis and deliver sports sessions across lunchtime/after-school?

Tradewind is currently working with several mainstream Primary School's across Luton and Bedfordshire who require full-time members of staff to join their team from January for the full academic year!

***Spilt position: supporting children with behavioural difficulties and some delivery of sports
***£70 to £80 per day - January Start
***Potential to go permanent after academic year
***Support provided
***Free CPD courses you can attend

The Schools we are currently working with would like to interview potential members of staff over video call before the next school break and make an offer before coming back in January. You will then be employed from January 4th and work within one School until at least the end of the academic year. If you meet the following criteria and would like to be out forward for this role, apply asap and we will be in contact!

Criteria:

*Min 3 months experience working with children in the last 2 years
*Experience coaching primary aged children (ideally P.E national curriculum)
*Maximum 2 weeks' notice period
*Can commit for at least the full academic year
*Highly desirable: SEN experience, Degree Qualified and team teach trained
*Passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH and SEN
