We are recruiting! We are currently working closely with a secondary school in Gainsborough, who require supply teachers and cover supervisors to work on a regular basis.

Tradewind are currently working with a school with an ever growing reputation in Gainsborough, who are looking for supply teachers and cover supervisors within half an hour, to work on a flexible basis. This position would involve pre-booked work, and 'morning calls'. The school generally books every day, so are looking for consistent members of staff who can become part of the fabric of the school, and provide consistency for their excellent students.

The academy is in an excellent new building, and the wonderful site has added to an increase in student behaviour. Lessons at the school are an hour and fifteen minutes long, and there are only four each day. This means that students get the chance to really get into the learning in the lesson, and can explore subjects in more depth in each lesson.

The school is most easily accessed via car, and there is a large on site car park for any staff member that is free to park in. It is, however accessible via public transport for those that do not drive.

Due to our excellent CPD you do not necessarily need to have experience in the field, as we can train you for this.
