This large community primary school in Southwark are looking for friendly, proactive Supply teachers who can offer the school some continuity with their supply needs. Tradewind will pay between £130 - £140 per day for the right Supply teacher.

This welcoming 3 form entry school in the South East London borough of Southwark are in search of high quality Supply teachers to assist with daily supply cover needs as and when required. The school have a highly-committed team of staff, who work tirelessly to make sure that all children receive excellent care, meeting all their social and emotional health needs. Staff also strive to ensure each child makes as much progress as possible in all areas of the curriculum. A high proportion of children use English as an additional language (EAL) and are achieving at levels below the national average. As a Supply teacher, you will aim to ensure that all pupils make good levels of progress, regardless of their starting point and despite you not being their regular class teacher.

Situated in Southwark, the school is a short walk from 3 busy tube stations and there are several bus routes available. It is also within a 15 minute walk from London Bridge station.

The Headteacher is keen to have up to 5 regular Supply teachers who can be relied upon.

The Supply teacher must have:
*Full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
*Excellent knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
*Experience as a Supply teacher (ideally)
*An understanding of supporting children with EAL
*Ability to think on your feet and be creative
*Good organisational skills
*The ability to work as a team
